The ash contains more than 60 minerals, e.g. phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc, calcium, and copper. The alkalinity of birch ash extract acts as a counterbalance to the body\u2019s hyperacidity. The pH of the product is 11 and the extract is diluted before use.<\/p>\n

The ash contained in the product has been obtained by burning well-dried bark-free birch grown in the clean soil of Kainuu in a well-cleaned oven. The ash is boiled and the resulting infusion is filtered.<\/p>\n

Birch ash extract is supplied in a clear 0.75 liter plastic bottle.<\/p>\n

Use<\/p>\n

Birch ash extract is very alkaline – dilute before use.<\/p>\n

In daily use<\/strong> mix 1 tablespoon of extract with 1 liter of water. Drink up to a liter per day.<\/p>\n

For temporary use <\/strong>, mix 2 tablespoons of extract to 1 glass of water or juice. Drink max twice a day. Enjoy 0.5 hours before meals or 2 hours after meals. After a two-week treatment, take a 2-6 week break.<\/p>\n

Caution <\/strong>: Keep out of reach of children! The extract is very alkaline. If you get the undiluted solution on your eyes, skin or clothes, rinse with plenty of water. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women.<\/p>\n

A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Keep out of reach of children.<\/i><\/p>\n
