Pine oil is often used to support the respiratory tract as a decongestant and for its properties to help release mucus. It can potentially aid in relieving a variety of respiratory infections such as coughs, bronchitis and sinuses, and asthma. The oil can be warmed, for example, in a fragrance lamp, or used in massage oil blends.
\nPine oil is said to stimulate blood circulation, thus preventing e.g. hair loss (and possibly lice). It may help in relieving muscle pain and rheumatic symptoms. A foot bath with pine oil may remove bacteria and odors and thus help in excessive foot sweating.

\nBath: 3-6 drops in water. If you want to emulsify the oil with water, use cream, honey, or bath oil.
