E-commerce terms and conditions

Online store

Luontoemo Oy (Business ID 2390107-1, Vääksyntie 903, 19700 Sysmä, phone 0505424542, luontoemo@luontoemo.fi) sells products to adults in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Orders

The products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and paying the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything else than the delivery of the order or for the clarification of the information contained therein unless otherwise stated. The contact information is stored in Luontoemo’s order database, and the e-mail address can occasionally be used for Luontoemo’s own marketing. The information will not be disclosed to third parties. When ordering from the webstore, you are expected to have read and committed to the current delivery terms.

Payment and payment methods

You can use the online payment methods of Finnish banks and you can also pay with other methods provided by Paytrail, such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club, MobilePay, Collector, Jousto, and PayPal. The payment and financial service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail receives the payment and credits it to the merchant. For the consumer, the service works like a normal online payment.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To enable receiving of the confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering.

Delivery methods and costs

You can see the delivery costs of your order on the delivery and payment method selection page. We deliver registered postal parcels that can be tracked with a shipment ID.

Delivery options are postal parcel (pickup), letter-sized parcel, and home delivery by post.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 1-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method, but most often the order arrives at the customer in a couple of days. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. Exceptional delivery times are announced on the e-commerce’s products page.

Cancellation and return policy

You have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order. You must indicate your name, address, order date, and the ordered product in the cancellation notice and it must be sent by e-mail to or by post to the return address below. The product must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and original packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for impairment.

If you want to return or exchange products after the review period, please contact us directly. When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information. The refund will be made through Paytrail and the original payment method. We will refund the full amount you paid within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice if the product has been returned or has been proven to have been mailed to the return address.

The right of cancellation does not apply to a product manufactured or modified at the customer’s request. The right of cancellation does not apply to goods delivered sealed, the seal of which has been broken. The cancellation right does not apply to quickly perishable products.

Unredeemed package

Failure to pick up the package is not equivalent to a cancellation. For an unredeemed package without a separate cancellation notice, we will charge a € 20 fee.

Problem situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or if it does not correspond to your order, you must notify Luontoemo within 14 days by writing to the email address mentioned in the Cancellation and Return Policy. If the package has been damaged by the Post, the complaint must be immediately filed with the Post.
